Savoury Solutions was founded in 2023 by chef-owner Joe Holding, who brings over 14 years of culinary experience to creating delicious menus for our clients. Joe's passion for food began at a young age when he learned cooking techniques from his grandmother, who owned a small cafe. Joe worked his way up in several renowned restaurants in the area and has even been trained by Michelin-starred chefs before deciding to branch out on his own.

As a private chef and caterer, Joe enjoys crafting customised menus featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients for dinner parties, weddings, corporate events, and more. He works closely with clients to understand their tastes and vision for an event, then brings it to life with his exceptional cooking talents.
